Gabby is a delightful little female Jack Russell Rat Terrier mix, who was found abandoned in the country. Poor little Gabby was in pitiful shape. Covered in parasites, starving, dehydrated, and barely alive, Gabby almost begged to be saved and cared for. She was in such poor condition when she was found, that her life was on the brink and it was touch and go at first that Gabby would survive. But survive she did, thanks to good veterinary care and the hard work and tender loving care of her rescuers. You would never know that Gabby had come so close to a cruel fate, but Gabby makes doubly sure that she tells everyone she meets how happy she is to be alive.
Gabby is currently less than 5 Lbs, and may grow to around 10 to 12 Lbs as an adult. An adoption fee applies to her adoption, but covers the cost of her medical care including all shots, rabies, fecal and worming medication, flea/tick preventative, heartworm preventative, grooming, alter and microchip.
Gabby is independent rescue supported by DogsOnly, and may not be attending all of the DogsOnly adoption showings at Petco in west Little Rock, but if you would like to learn more or even meet her you can complete an online adoption application by clicking the links at the top or bottom of this page or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You application or emails will be sent to Gabby's guardians and rescuer without delay.
If you don't find that special companion you are looking for in the DogsOnly rescue, rehabilitation, and re-home program then please Little Rock Animal Services or one of the many other central Arkansas rescue organizations to save a rescued canine companion.
